I think most shows will state on their ticket or online before you buy said ticket if the facility requires vaccination proof but I am not 100% on this. Just what I have heard.

You can usually talk down prices of certain events the day of if they are looking to fill seats or space. There is no way of knowing without comparing other shows, concerts, or events.
