Are there any video game/arcade options in Vegas? Maybe there's a chill hangout to play video games, or actual arcades again. I can see Vegas having arcades yet, because it's Vegas after all.

The recent article on Video Game Tournaments in Las Vegas mentioned GameWorks as a good option to play video games. There is also a huge esports arena in Luxor. GameWorks is pretty easy to find on the strip next to the M&M store across from Crystals/Aria.
