I'm hoping to be able to travel by August this year, and was curious to know if there are any magical acts showing up in Vegas from the 1st through to the 16th of August? I am on vacation around then and would love to get out to a magic show, as I haven't seen one since I was a kid.

Las Vegas has plenty of magic shows. David Copperfield and Chris Angel are the most known regular shows. Piff the Magic Dragon performs at the Flamingo and it is great.
If you are looking for a magic + comedy show on Fremont street then check out Get Hammer'd with Mike Hammer at the Four Queens Casino. The show is every night Tues to Saturday.
