How is the Carson Kitchen? I've heard some good things about the restaurant, but I have yet to actually go there. I wanted to ask the community here on whether it's worth going to or if you'd recommend something else in the place of it?

I have only been to the one in Salt Lake City so I can't speak on the Vegas one but they likely have the same style and food and I can tell you, the food is AMAZING! I had some of the best services in my life at this place too. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything.

It is very good food for the money. I was thinking it would be overpriced and greasy but you get pretty sizable portions of everything and nothing tasted as if it would be served at like a Denny's for example.
