I'm looking for food that's popular in New Orleans but in Vegas. I imagine there are some restaurants that have New Orleans style cuisine. I could def go for some jambalaya right about now. Any suggestions for places to check out?

Hands down the best Gumbo in town is the Oyster Bar at Palace Station. Sometimes there is a long line though to get a seat at the bar. It is well worth the wait.
