Are there any cave systems that tourists can go through and see? I've always wanted to take my time and walk through a cave, and I was wondering if there are any known cave systems in or around Vegas that I should check out? Any that have tour guides?

The only one I have ever been to was the Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. You need to be taken through it by a tour guide. I know it is not really a "cave" and just a canyon but it has very cool spots and details that make it feel like a cave.

None that I am aware of. I feel like in this general area, you are not going to find any caves that are safe enough to allow people to tour in and out of. Too many poisoness snakes, spiders, and scorpions.
