How long will the current menus be in place? If I go to September 30-October 3, will the current menus be the same, or can we expect the Falls menus to come out by then?

For which place? I think the menus changed according to how the hotels see fit. I would have to know the specific hotel to give you an idea. They don't always post it online but many share these details on social media accounts.
