Has anyone tried Bobby Flay's Amalfi restaurant? It is a Mediterranean style restaurant at the Caesars property. I have been to a couple of Bobby Flay restaurants and sometimes they are hit or miss. This one says casual attire on the website and has a Market fresh seafood display. It looks alot like Estiatorio Milos inside the Venetian.
I haven't tried it but I considered it earlier in the year. It definitely looks like it's worth a try to me. I love that they have the fresh fish right there on display.
Not yet. A friend and I were meant to go on our last trip but for some reason, they weren't open. I can't recall what the reasoning was. I think they were having an electrical issue or something like that. It was our last day so I didn't end up getting to eat there.
