Which is better? Flamingo is owned by Caesars Entertainment and Mirage is owned by the MGM Resorts group. Both have a very tropical feel and are near the center of the Las Vegas strip. In fact, I think they are across from each other. Every time I go, I always want to get a tropical drink by the pool.
Honestly, both are pretty decent, but if I had to choose just one of the two, it would probably be the Mirage, mainly because I feel it has the best atmosphere and overall best customer support. But the time I stayed at the Flamingo wasn't bad by any means, I just preferred the Mirage over it.
Mirage. Nothing against Flamingo but I have a preference for MGM-owned and run hotels, chains, and restaurants. I have never had an issue with any of their staff, rooms, or services.
My vote is also Mirage. They have better restaurants and a better pool.
