To my knowledge, most of the people working at hotels are paid like any job, so you probably don't need to tip them. But, it doesn't hurt to tip a little if you can.

The Heart Attack Grill makes some solid burgers. But if you want something a bit different, I recommend Fuku Burger. They make burgers with some asian flavors. It's quite good.
