I read the other day that Sammy Hagar will have a residency at the Strat. Looks like the opening night is Oct 29th. I'm curious if this residency will bring a steady flow of guests to the Strat casino.

From what I have seen on social accounts, the place has been booming. There has not been any night where they were not packed. You can't go by pictures and videos alone though. I would be curious to know if anyone here has gone myself.

There was some fire near the building just a few days ago. Anyone hear about this? I guess it was a vacant building.
