I am curious to see what the real estate prices look like in Vegas.
What does a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a decent yard go for in Las Vegas? I would imagine the prices have gone up this year as many other places have.
I can't say if the price is up or down but for a sizable house with a decent yard, you are looking at spending around 400k. Some houses can be cheaper but this tends to be the average.

I think 400k sounds about right but you don't really get a yard. You get a slab with a pool. lol
If you want an actual yard with grass, you will have to spend a good 900k+ and the yard is not likely to be that big either.
It also depends on the area. Anywhere close to the Vegas sights, will probably cost you a lot more. But housing outside of the area would obviously be a bit cheaper in price. I'd say it's more around $200,000-$600,000 average price.
