Looking for dinner places with good energy and vibe. I consider STK at Cosmo one of them. Place with somewhat of a dress code too. Any other suggestions?

If you are looking for a nightclub atmosphere then STK is a good choice. Tao in the venetian and Hakkasan at MGM Grand also convert to a nightclub. Both are more dressy in nature.
