Since my next trip to Vegas will be a guy's trip with some family and friends, I was looking into some ATV options. Of all the tours, these two seem to have the best ratings overall. Which would you recommend? Have you been on either?

I have not been to either so I can't say from personal experience but the second one seems to be the better option. You get more for your money and you have a better route from the look of things. Compare the tour maps.

I am sure both are fine. I mean looking at the ratings, it will just come down to your preference. What will be the group size? I would look into that first. They might have smaller groups for one place over the other.
