The last time I was in Vegas, I noticed a lot more 6:5 tables when it came to blackjack. This was especially true of the casinos right on the strip. Has anyone else noticed this? Also, it is insanely hard to find a $5 table now.

They are EVERYWHERE and it is like one of the worst payouts. You are better off sitting at a price table to avoid it. I always go for 2:3 tables when I decide to play but you end up having to do $10+ tables. The 2:3 ones that are $5 are a very rare find and if you manage to find one, you will be waiting forever.

This is true for on the strip but if you go to smaller casinos, you will find better and more affordable tables that aren't always fully sat at. It just depends on what kind of casino you are looking to play at.

This. A lot of people get in the mindset that the best casinos are on the strip which just is not true. I have had some of my best wins off the strip at smaller casinos that have better tables and odds.  It is worth exploring more.
