I see some hotels charge extra for pool, gym, casino, and other access. I am trying to see if there are any that include this stuff on the cheaper side. I am not sure if any of the cheaper hotels have pools or stuff like that. From what I am seeing some do but they don't get great ratings online.
It is hard to tell when you just search and compare online. You have to actually go to each hotel's website to see what is included free and what will cost extra. Did you have any mind? I can check some of them for you.

Yeah, I agree with what Juliant said above. You will have better luck looking at sites for the hotels you do want to stay at, as they will tell you whether it's extra or included with the base price. I think some hotels even have tier plans where you can get all of them in there, or just a portion of those.
There are a lot of hotels and places to stay in Vegas, so you're bound to find something. But bear in mind, you may have to go the cheaper route if you can't afford to pay any extra.
