I heard years ago that some hotels around the world would do a room that was outside, and you could stay there depending on the weather. Is there anything like this in Vegas? Or maybe a room that is wide open to the environment, but there are still a ceiling/house above and around you?

Circus Circus had an RV park but not really a place you could just pitch a tent or something.
