I have never been to a live horse racing event in all my years of traveling to Vegas. I do enjoy them and go locally at least once a year. I want to see about going on my next trip. How are they in Vegas? Are they worth the watch and hype?

Not sure yet. I have bet on some before but I mostly go to watch. I guess it depends on what mood I am in at the time.
They have some nice ones down in Vegas. The only reason I never went out of my way to see them or bet on them is due to having a large track just 10 minutes from where I live. I get enough action from the tracks year-round at the local casino!
