So a friend of mine went to Vegas for the first time this past month and he came back with a story. Needless to say, he somehow managed to get lost. I don't know how he did it because you can see everything right on your phone be he insists that it wasn't showing his location accurately. Now I am curious... Has anyone else gotten lost in Las Vegas before?

Nope, but I have lost friends in crowds before and some who ended up taking a wrong turn. No joke, a friend of mine was stuck on his phone, and walked down an alley next to us and we didn't notice he went the wrong direction for probably 2-4 minutes.

But yeah, we ended up finding him, and he was all confused as to where we were.

First time I was in Vegas I did get lost. I've never been the greatest with direction, but my girlfriend at the time helped me figure it out. And ever since I kinda know Vegas like I've lived there my whole life. I guess you could say I probably do at this point. 😀

One of the first times I visited Vegas I got lost. Mainly because I wasn't paying any attention to roads. Thankfully I remembered my hotel and worked my way there. Helps having a phone on hand.

I never got seriously lost though. Imo, Vegas is pretty easy to navigate for the most part.

I got lost once in the dead space between MGM Grand and Tropicana Blvd.  I thought I was walking out to the monorail but it ended up just being the valet location.  It looked like you could still keep walking until I realized that the sidewalk just wrapped around on Las Vegas blvd.

Also, I must say there are some casinos that are easy to get lost in as well.  The one that comes to mind is the Linq.  There is a walkway from the garage to the casino where I always feel like I am going in the wrong direction until I see the hotel lobby.  Part of that feeling has to do with all of the shops being closed.

Getting lost in Las Vegas is not fun at all.
