Flamingo or cosmopolitan end of September?

I tore up we are a group of couples. We like to hang out in the pool during the day and in our late 30s. I like the Flamingo Pool Party Vibe concept but don’t like the hotel. I would like the Ocean Hotel but don't know if the pool has a good idea? Any insight would be great.
