Did anyone know that an upscale hotel can accommodate very small weddings, with only 8 guests? A nice venue for a very private celebration and looking for dinner after a restaurant.
MGM Grand has a smaller chapel and then you can go to one of the restaurants on the property
I was not aware of this. I only know of the places like Little Vegas Chapel and Sunset Gardens. I guess some hotels and casinos can offer these sorts of things for small groups though. You probably would have to book space and reservations for the restaurants though in advance.
I think both MGM Grand and Bellagio offer packages for small weddings of less than 10 people. Luxor also has a small wedding chapel if I remember.
I was curious and looked up more information.
The Bellagio East Chapel is for less than 30 guests and you can get their deluxe package for $2750. It includes one hour in the chapel and pretty much is a complete package.
I could not find any prices on the Luxor or MGM Grand packages but did see that Mandalay Bay wedding packages start at $950. This includes chapel time, minister, some photographs, a small floral arrangement, a pianist to play, and transportation to go get the license.
Probably worth just taking a trip and setting up a few appointments to see which one you like best.
Great research @cindysox. Alot of good details on small weddings in Las Vegas. The MGM Grand wedding packages are very similar to the Mandalay Bay wedding packages. If I remember they start at $1200
Curious OP… which location did the wedding end up being at? Still in Las Vegas hopefully.
@cindysox That's great information! Good price too compared to the budget of a lot of other weddings. I would love to know where the wedding ended up taking place.
