I know that some hotels have their own slot machines and places to gamble, but what about smaller hotels and even motels, do any of them offer slots and other gambling like with the bigger hotels and casinos?

Depends on if the hotel wants to get a gaming license. There are gas stations like the Terrible gas stations that have slots and video poker. Until recently most hotel chains such as Marriott and Hilton do not have gaming on their property. Resorts World partnered with Hilton as the hotel, W (part of Marriott) had a partnership with SLS / Sahara for several years. An independent motel probably would not have slot machines
