I've always wanted to try swimming in a glass bottom pool. Are there any hotels in Vegas that have a glass bottom pool anywhere?

Resorts World has an infinity pool. Not sure about a glass bottom one.

I am fairly certain there is a hotel that has balcony pools that have a glass floor but I am not able to find it. I could have sworn it was in Vegas but maybe not?

No hotel that I have stayed at has has anything of the sort. I am sure something like this is somewhere in Vegas but I would have no clue where to look. I did try to do a search for you but nothing is popping up.
