I don't think this topic was made yet, but my apologies if so. I am on the lookout for Japanese cuisine in Vegas. Do you guys have any suggestions.

I think there might have been a thread for this before but not a big deal.
If you are looking for a good spot for each sushi, my favorite spot is Benihana. Many people say this is THE spot for sushi in all of Vegas.

How much do you want to spend?
If you don't mind paying more, Kaiseki Yuzu has AMAZING Japanese food. The chef (Kaoru Azeuchi) is considered to be one of the top ones overall, even outside of Japanese food in Las Vegas.
